Free Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Enter your vial size, diluent and target dose — get the concentration and exactly where to draw on your syringe, with a visual fill line and over-range blocking. Unit conversion only. Not medical guidance.
Works with any vial measured in mg, mcg or IU — Semaglutide · Tirzepatide · BPC-157 · TB-500 · TRT · hCG.
How the math works
Every reconstitution calculation is two lines of arithmetic:
concentration = vial strength ÷ diluent volume
draw volume = target dose ÷ concentration
Example with round numbers: a 10 mg vial mixed with 2 mL of diluent gives 5 mg/mL. A 1 mg target then needs 1 ÷ 5 = 0.2 mL, which reads as 20 units on a 100U insulin syringe. The calculator does this instantly for mg, mcg and IU vials, shows the fill point on a syringe diagram, and blocks — rather than quietly rounding — any target that exceeds the vial contents or any draw that exceeds the syringe capacity.
What it deliberately doesn't do
- No dose suggestions. It never tells you what to take, how much, or how often.
- No IU ↔ mg conversion. International units depend on the substance's activity; mixing them with mass units would be guessing, so mixed-unit entries are blocked.
- No silent rounding. The exact draw (4 decimals) is always shown under the readable figure.
- No data collection. The math runs in your browser. Nothing is sent, stored, or logged.

FAQ
- Is this peptide reconstitution calculator free?
- Yes — free and unlimited, no account, no email, no paywall. The math runs entirely in your browser.
- Does it tell me how much peptide to take?
- No. It performs unit conversion only, on numbers you enter. Dosing decisions belong to you and a licensed healthcare professional.
- Can it convert IU to mg?
- No. IU and mg measure different things; the relationship is substance-specific. Same-unit entries only — mixed units are blocked.
- What diluent should I use?
- Follow the instructions supplied with your product or those from your healthcare professional. Bacteriostatic water is the most common multi-use diluent — see our diluent guide.
- Do you store my numbers?
- No. No account, no analytics on your entries, no server round-trip. The mobile app is also private by design.
